1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Billia app, website, and related services operated by Billia Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By registering or using Billia, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility
To use Billia, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Provide accurate and verifiable information for identity verification (KYC)



3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials and PIN secure
  • Not share your account with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access



4. Wallet & Transactions

  • You can fund your Billia wallet via a provided virtual account
  • You are responsible for all transactions made through your wallet
  • Billia may limit, delay, or reverse transactions for fraud, verification, or regulatory reasons



5. Use of Billia AI

  • Billia AI is a smart assistant that helps facilitate bill payments, reminders, and insights.
  • AI suggestions are based on your activity and preferences
  • You must confirm transactions with your PIN or biometric before funds are sent
  • Billia AI cannot act without user input or confirmation



6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Billia to:

  • Conduct illegal transactions
  • Launder money or finance unlawful activity
  • Access unauthorized data or systems
  • Manipulate or reverse-engineer the app

Violating these rules may result in account suspension or legal action.

7. Security and Data Protection
We take user privacy seriously and use encryption, secure data handling, and compliance procedures.

8. Service Availability
While we strive for 24/7 uptime, Billia may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, system updates, or external network issues.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary outages or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability
Billia is not responsible for:

  • Delays or failures caused by banks, mobile networks, or third-party services
  • Incorrect payment details submitted by users
  • Losses from unauthorized access due to weak passwords or compromised devices



10. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in suspicious or harmful activity
  • We’re required to do so by law or regulators

You may also close your account at any time via the app.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as needed. If we do, we’ll notify you via email, app, or website.

Continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
