Privacy policy

The short version

Billia collects almost nothing. The free invoice generator runs in your browser and your invoice details stay on your device. We run anonymous, cookie-free analytics. We never sell your data and we run no third-party ad trackers.

What we collect

• Email address — only if you use magic-link sign-in or email backup. We use it solely to send you your login link or invoice copy.
• Invoice data — stays in your browser's local storage by default. It leaves your device only if you explicitly enable an email backup or a Billia account, in which case it's stored on our servers tied to your account.
• Anonymous analytics — event name, page path, referrer host, country (derived from the Cloudflare header), and timestamp. We do not collect cookies, fingerprints, IP addresses, user agents, full URLs, or any personal data, and we honor Do Not Track.
• Payment information — Billia Pro checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card details.

What we never do

• We never sell or rent your data to anyone.
• We run no third-party advertising trackers on billia.app.
• We never read your invoices. Invoice content belongs to you.

Your data, your call

Want a copy of your account data, or want it deleted? Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it. Deleting your account deletes your stored documents with it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the "last updated" date above. The short version will stay short.
