If you outgrow it, Billia Pro adds recurring invoices, payment reminders, and cloud backup for $8/month or $79/year. That's the entire business model: a genuinely free tool, and an optional upgrade for businesses that need more.

Why we built Billia
The pattern was always the same: you'd find an invoicing tool that looked free, spend ten minutes entering your business details and line items, and then hit the wall — create an account to download, a watermark across the PDF, or a "trial" that expired before your first invoice was even due. Invoicing is paperwork, not a product demo. It should be the fastest part of your day, not a sales funnel.
So Billia starts from the opposite end. The generator is the whole product: open it, add your business details, line items, taxes, and payment terms, and download a clean PDF. No account, no watermark, no countdown. The features list is short on purpose — everything on it exists to get an invoice out the door faster.
How Billia works
Everything runs in your browser. You fill in the invoice — your details, your client's details, what you did, what it costs — and Billia formats it into a professional PDF you can download, print, or send. Profession and country templates pre-fill the right tax labels and formats, and the estimate maker handles quotes with their own numbering. If you want your invoices saved to your account, that's what Billia Pro is for — the free generator never requires it.
