Is it really free? What's the catch?
No catch. You can create unlimited invoices and download clean PDFs without paying, signing up, or hitting a trial wall. Billia Pro ($8/month or $79/year) adds recurring invoices, extra templates, and client management — the free generator stays free forever.
Do I need to create an account?
No. The free generator runs entirely in your browser. Saving invoices to your account — with cloud backup — is a Pro feature.
Will my PDF have a watermark?
Never. The PDF you download is clean and professional — no "made with" branding, no watermarks, no footers.
Can I make estimates / quotes too?
Yes — toggle between Invoice and Estimate at the top of the builder, or use the free estimate maker. Estimates get their own numbering sequence.
Are there templates for my profession?
Yes. Billia has 20 profession-specific invoice templates — for electricians, plumbers, photographers, designers, consultants and more — plus country editions with the right tax labels and formats.
How do I pay for Billia Pro?
Through a secure checkout powered by Lemon Squeezy. Billia never sees or stores your card details. See pricing for details.
Can I email an invoice?
Download the PDF and send it from your own email — or turn on the opt-in email backup to keep a copy for your records.
Is my data private?
Yes. We collect only anonymous, aggregate analytics (page views and which buttons get clicked) — no cookies, no fingerprints, and we honor Do Not Track. Your invoice details never leave your device unless you explicitly opt in to an email backup or account. Read the privacy policy.
How do I get started?
