Cleaner estimating tips

• Do a walkthrough before you estimate, and note 'based on walkthrough of [date]' on the estimate. Square footage alone lies about clutter.
• State plainly whether supplies are included. It is the most common cleaning-estimate misunderstanding.
• Price the deep clean as a multiple of the standard clean and show both. Clients upgrade when the math is in front of them.
