The formula, in plain English
Base = $120 + (sq ft × $0.08) + (bedrooms × $12) + (bathrooms × $18). Deep or move-in cleans multiply the base by 1.6. The range shown is ±15% around that base — a starting point, not a final quote.
Worked example
A 2,000 sq ft home, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, standard clean: base = 120 + 160 + 36 + 36 = $352. Range = $299.20 – $404.80. As a deep clean: base $563.20, range $478.72 – $647.68.
Tips
- Walk the home before finalizing. Condition beats square footage every time — a tidy 2,000 sq ft cleans faster than a cluttered 1,200.
- Price deep cleans and recurring separately. First-time deep cleans are a different job from biweekly maintenance; quote them as such.
